A Sacramental is a sacred sign (object/action) that prepares us to receive grace. Think of them as "spiritual bug spray." They don't kill the bugs (only Jesus does that), but they make the environment very uncomfortable for them.
1. Holy Water
Satan hates it. St. Teresa of Avila said: "From nothing do evil spirits fly more quickly than from holy water." Keep a font by your door. Bless yourself when you leave the house.
2. Blessed Salt
Historically used in exorcisms. It represents wisdom and preservation. You can sprinkle it in the corners of your room or use it in cooking.
3. The St. Benedict Medal
The "Devil-Chasing Medal." It has a prayer of exorcism inscribed on it initials. (See our full article).

A sign of Mary's protection. It is like wearing her uniform. Demons fear the Virgin Mary more than they fear men, because her humility crushes their pride.
5. The Crucifix
A visible reminder of Christ's victory. Every room in your house should have one. When you feel tempted or afraid, look at the Cross.
