Parent�s Prayer For Christian Children

Loving Father, I thank You with all my heart for the gifts of my children. Thank You, Lord, that You have drawn each of my children to You. Thank You that each has come to a saving faith in Jesus Christ as their Saviour and Lord. I pray that they would grow in grace and in a knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ, and may develop into mighty men and women of God. I pray that in their turn, they may bring up their own children to love and serve You in spirit and truth. Protect them from the wiles of the enemy who would seek to stumble them with the lust of the flesh, the lust of the world and the pride of self, but equip them I pray, with discernment to turn from that which is evil and to seek after the good. Day by day, I pray that they may fix their eyes on Jesus Who is the author and finisher of their faith. Guide them into the path of peace. In Jesus' name I pray,
