Loss Of My Wife Due To An Affair

Dear Heavenly Father, my heart is so heavy as I have recently found out that my wife of many years has been having an affair with another man and has decided to walk away from our marriage. Lord, I am shattered and shocked to the core and coming to You to plead Your mercy on us both. I pray Lord, for Your covering of hope and peace, and pray that You would help me to come to terms with all that has happened, as my life seems to be falling apart and there is nothing that I can do. But I trust in You and cast all my cares upon You and pray that in Your mercy You would convict her of her sins, not only against me but against You Lord. Lord, we said our vows before You and I pray that she would turn away from this wrong decision and repent of her foolishness. Lord, heal our marriage I pray. In Jesus' name, Amen.
