We are a part of the Twelfth Episcopal District under the Leadership of Bishop Richard Allen Chappelle, Sr. We are a part of the Central Arkansas Conference and the Pine Bluff South District under the Leadership of Presiding Elder Thomas G. Allen and are associate ministers at the St. John AME Church under the dynamic leadership of Rev. W.R. Norful, Sr. and the graceful Teresa Norful.
Lorenzo is a 1999 graduate of the University of Arkansas-Pine Bluff (formerly AM&N College) with a Bachelor of Science in Music Performance. He has served as an educator and music retailer. He has also given his musical talent to the church as musician and composer. He is the author of “No Black Sheep” and the soon to be published “Journeys into Truth.”
Donna Neal is a native of Warren, AR. She is currently a student at the University of Arkansas-Pine Bluff majoring in Elementary Education. She has a heart for youth ministry and many have come to know her as surrogate mother. She desires to enter the field of counseling upon graduation.

Growing in Grace and Ministry
Rev. Lorenzo and Donna Neal share a unique calling. They are both in their twenties and are both serving the Lord in ordained ministry. They are also community-oriented. They both serve on the board of the Rose of Sharon Foundation, Inc. which serves as a means to accomplish the vision that God gave Lorenzo to honor his mother’s memory. Both are requested speakers across the AME connection. Lorenzo is also the publisher of the Mentor’s Call Newsletter and Journal.
