PIRMASENS NEW LIFE C.O.G.I.C

Be the first to review

HistoryPirmasens New Life Pentecostal Church and its origination dates back as far as 1984 as Muenchweiler Gospel Service in Muenchweiler, Germany. Pastor Joyner was selected as Pastor of Pirmasens Community Church of God in Christ in February 1988. The church moved from Muenchweiler, Germany to Pirmasens, Germany. The name was then changed to “Pirmasens Community Church of God in Christ.” The word “pirmasens” comes from the city of Pirmasens, in Germany, which was named after the missionaries who went about spreading the good news of Jesus Christ; They were called “pirmaseans.”
Pastor Joyner pastored until his departure from Germany, in September 1992 and relocated here in Colorado Springs. He held his first church service on January 3, 1993 in Manitou Springs, Colorado. Later, in September 1993, the Lord blessed him to purchase his first church edifice in downtown Colorado Springs.
“I know that God has set His approval and annointing on this new ministry. It is a ministry that reaches out to all people, regardless of race, creed, or color. I am concerned about the needs of everyone; especially the family unit. It is my prayer that God will send People who Need Life!”

Roland P. Joyner Sr.
Pastor, Pirmasens New Life C.O.G.I.C.
