Parakletos Ministries International Vision and Mission is based on Isaiah 61. As a ministry we have been called to Preach the Gospel to the poor, set the captives free, open the eyes of the blind and comfort those who mourn in Zion. Our ministry spans the Globe and we long to see the Kingdom of God established in the Power of the Holy Spirit, in Splendor, Righteousness and Truth.
