History of LWPCLWPC is a result of a Church Planting Program of Mission to the World, Philiippines eight (8) years ago. Rev. Danny Tabije is the Church Planter used by God to make this possible. In October 2001, Rev. Tabije went to the United States to pursue his MDiv at San Francisco Theological Seminary. He left the church responsibilities to the Rev. Niki Miranda. And for two years the Rev. Miranda pastored the church. On October 2003, Rev. Miranda was elected General Secretary of the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church of the Philippines. Rev. Miranda took a leave of absence from the Church as a result of his election to the office of the General Secretary. He in turn recommended Rev. Ruel Chavez to act as Pastor In-Charge while he is on official leave from the Church.
