THE GENERAL DOCTRINEWe the Body of FAITH APOSTOLIC DELIVERANCE CHURCH, INC. both in the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ and man, our brother do hereby establish this creed for all to observe:
WE BELIEVE:
* There is but one (1) Lord, one (1) Faith one (1) Baptism: Ephesians 4:5.
* There is but one (1) way to salvation, and that way is through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. (St.Matthew 1:21, St John 10:9, Acts 4:12).
* That through our fore-father (ADAM) sin entered into the world and death by sin for it is appointed unto men once to die, (Romans 5:12, Hebrew 9:27), and only because of the greatest love that the Lord God had for this world, sinners and all man-kind and it is his will that all people be saved or face the wrath of God (St. John 3:15-19, Romans 5:6&8, II Peter 3:9).
* That once receiving salvation (accepting, Jesus as one’s personal savior) there are four (4) things that one must do: a) Be baptized in JESUS NAME. b) Lay aside every sin, filthiness of the flesh and / of the world. c) Present oneself wholly and Holy unto God, and Finally d) Unite and fellowship with a bible preaching, teaching and believing church and continue to grow in God. (St. John 3:3-7, Acts 2:38, Romans 12:1, Hebrews 12:1-2, II Corinthians 7:1-2, II Peters 3:18).
* In the second coming of our Lord Jesus Christ his millennial reign and the judgments (Acts 1:10-11, I Thessalonians 4:16-17, Revelations 20:1-7 & 11-15.
WHAT WE BELIEVE:
As in every (or) most Christian/Religions there must be some guidelines, rules and regulations to go by in order for the Church (both the natural and Spiritual) to stand; Jesus said in Matthew 16:18, “Upon this rock (Jesus and his doctrine) I will build my church and the gate of Hell shall not prevail against it.” (Psalms 127:1, I Corinthians 3:11).
* There is only one (1) true God and Lord and Savior JESUS CHRIST
*Through man’s (ADAM) disobedience to God’s command, sin entered into the world, and that sin seperates us from fellowship with God and is subject to the wrath of GOd.
* In order to escape the wrath of God and get back in fellowship with God, everyone must obtain salvation (REPENT of their sins and be saved.)
* That this salvation can only be obtain or come from God and only through God (JESUS CHRIST) also that salvation is a six (6) step process that every true believer must perform on order to be apart of the kingdom of God. (The Body of christ – The True Church).
