EASTERN BROTHERS OF SAINT FRANCIS

IdentityThe Eastern Brothers of Saint Francis, is a Filipino congregation of Orthodox
Clergy, inspired by the spirit and poverty of St., Francis of Assisi; with its Apostolic
roots and religio-cultural tradition from the ONE, HOLY, CATHOLIC, and APOSTOLIC CHURCH
of antiquity through the lineages of:

1. St. Thomas – Church of the East: Syro-Chaldean heritages
2. St. Andrew – Greek – Russian, and American Orthodox Churches.
3. St. Peter – Roman Catholic church, through the Patriarchate of Brazil.

At present, the congregation is undertaking its missionary endeavors in the Philippines
under Auspices and Episcopal jurisdiction of His Eminence Most Rev. Ronald Nowlan
of the Christ Apostolic Church of North America.
