Baptists In Berwick
The present originated as an outreach fellowship from the Blackburn Baptist Church in 1998, and after meeting in public halls, moved into its own building in February 2005. It is a growing church, committed to demonstrating the love of God as seen in Jesus Christ in Melbournes growing south-eastern fringe. Contemporary forms of worship and expression have been adopted as the church has been led to honour God, and to show people in todays society how relevant the gospel is to men, women and children living in the 21st century. The church community now includes the Nazaret Iglesia Bautista Latinoamericana (Nazaret Spanish Speaking Baptist Church)and services are held in both the English and Spanish languages.
