AGLIPAYAN CHRISTIAN CHURCH

Be the first to review

What is Aglipayan Christian Church? The Aglipayan Christian Church (ACC) is a Christian denomination of the Catholic tradition restoring the original form of the national church.

It was named after Supreme Bishop Gregorio Aglipay who founded the Philippine Independent Church (PIC) were the ACC originated.

Due to some internal problems of the PIC such as in factionalism and doctrinal disagreements, it separates and tried to restored the original form of being a national church.

A Catholic faith, protesting the authority of the Pope of Roman Church, but practicing similar to that in the Orthodox churches.

Due to lack of missionaries in the Philippines, Orthodox came too late and not known to this country, this is one reason of the establishment of the Aglipayan Christian Church.

For more information about us please call the communication director, Rev.Fr.Salvador M. Sucayre, Jr., a missionary priest known as a famous broadcaster of DXUM-Radyo Ukay and News writer of the Mindanao Times Newspaper at cellular phone No.63910-222-0728
